Founded by Michael Burns and Derek Walker, MD Landmark Group is an Atlanta, Georgia-based real estate development company focused on creating modern, energy-efficient communities.
Our founders recognized the growing need for quality student housing at historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs). We work to connect institutions with experienced building and investment partners to explore turnkey housing solutions.
Our goal is to help schools expand housing opportunities while minimizing the need for upfront institutional development capital, subject to project feasibility and mutually agreed terms.
